Ray took my 1965 home and made it look like a 2020 home…all without taking out a 2nd mortgage. He opened up the compartmentalized kitchen/dining/living rooms and re-did the kitchen. He completely re-did the master bath, and moved a few walls around to make a real master BR while preserving the original 3 bedrooms.
